LEGAL INFORMATION
(Take Notes Donny, these pertain to YOU)

Well, well, well.  In typical "poor misunderstood me" style, Donny has now sent his minions to harass people for him. And by the way, by involving other people in his Harassment, Cyberbullying and Cyberstalking, he has now left THEM open to possible legal action as well.  Nice going Donny, throw your fans under the bus.  He has also threatened to release private personal information publicly on his radio show.  I wonder if he has any idea what kind of trouble this could actually get him and his loyal minions into.

So, I thought that I would post here a few definitions for dear little Donny. He fits into EACH of the categories. And this, by the way, is the opinion of an attorney and a Police Officer, both who have looked at his messages and threats. So, let's start with this one:

PERJURY:

Perjury, also known as forswearing, is the willful act of SWEARING A FALSE OATH OR AFFIRMATION TO TELL THE TRUTH, whether spoken or in writing, concerning matters material to a legal proceeding. That is, the witness falsely promises to tell the truth about matters which affect the outcome of the case.

How did Donny commit perjury? Well, let's see, he says on his radio show, REPEATEDLY that he lives in Reno. But Wait? What is the address that he puts on his DMCA notices and counter claims? Ohhhh let me look... that would be St. Paul, MN. Now unless they've moved the state of Minnesota and put it inside Nevada... THAT'S PERJURY. And how do I know this? I have seen Mr. Donny Gillson's personal information as I stated in my last blog. Perjury is considered a serious offense.

HARASSMENT:

Harassment covers a wide range of behaviors of an offensive nature. It is commonly understood as behaviour intended to disturb or upset, and it is characteristically repetitive. In the legal sense, it is INTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR WHICH IS FOUND THREATENING OR DISTRUBING.

CYBERBULLING:

Cyberbullying is defined in legal glossaries as:

Actions that use information and communication technologies TO SUPPORT DELIBERATE, REPEATED AND HOSTILE BEHAVIOR BY AN INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP, that is intended to harm another or others. Use of communication technologies for the intention of harming another person use of internet service and mobile technologies such as web pages and discussion groups as well as instant messaging or SMS text messaging WITH THE INTENTION OF HARMING ANOTHER PERSON. Examples of what constitutes cyberbullying include communications that seek to INTIMIDATE, CONTROL, MANIPULATE, falsely discredit, or humiliate the recipient. The actions are deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior intended to harm another.

CYBERSTALKING:

Cyberstalking is the use of the Internet or other electronic means to stalk or harass an individual, a group of individuals, or an organization. IT MAY INCLUDE FALSE ACCUSATIONS, MONITORING, MAKING THREATS. A cyberstalker may be an online stranger or a person whom the target knows. A cyberstalker MAY BE ANONYMOUS AND MAY SOLICIT INVOLVEMENT OF OTHER PEOPLE WHO DO NOT EVEN NOW THE TARGET. CYBERSTALKING IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE that comes into play under state anti-stalking laws, slander laws, and harassment laws.

So, Donny, keep it up. Every message you send, every verbal rant you make, every threat, every email, every nasty threatening post has been captured.
