Soooo, the 21st of December has come and gone.  No solar flares, no earthquakes, tsunmi, alien attacks, and guess what?  NO NIBIRU, PLANET X, HERCULOBUS, nothing, nada, zip, zilch.  Guess the lies have been exposed.  These people who have insisted that the 21st of December was the end of the world are just nutjobs.  Donny Gillson has said, up until his good buddy Webbre changed HIS mind, that Nibiru was coming on December 21st and the world was going to end. NOW he's saying he has said all along that nothing was going to happen.  Lie Much Donny?  From what I've seen you've been lying, feeding off of people's fears and MAKING MONEY off those fears, for at least the last year.  What are you going to do now?  Maybe you should get a REAL job.  Making stuff up on the internet is no way to earn a living.

Donny Gillson - He just doesn't quit does he?

Well, seems that Gillson, the Guru of Nibiru, is now making much of the The Sagittarius Dwarf Elliptical Galaxy (Sgr dE).  AND yet again, he only gives partial facts, and facts that he's twisted to his own nefarious agenda.  The Sagittarius Dwarf Elliptical Galaxy is an elliptical, loop shaped satellite galaxy of the Milky Way Galaxy.  It consists of four globular clusters, the main cluster having been discovered in 1994.  Sag DEF is roughly 10,000 light years in diameter and is about 70,000 light years from Earth, traveling in a polar orbit at a distance of about 50,000 light years from the core of the Milky Way Galaxy. (Remember... We're only roughly 25 light years from the core of the Milky Way Galaxy!) 

Gillson would have you believe that this galaxy is about to hit earth.  However, at 70,000 light years a way (one light year is the distance light travels in one year or about 6 Trillion miles a year), and the fact that it has a Polar Orbit around the Milky Way, this is rather unlikely.  

Here are some facts (which I'm sure Gillson will ignore as he does ALL facts):

Based on its current trajectory, the Sag DEG main cluster is about to pass through the galactic disc of the Milky Way within the next hundred million years, while the extended loop-shaped ellipse is already extended around and through our local space and on through the Milky Way galactic disc, and in the process of slowly being absorbed into the larger galaxy, calculated at 10,000 times the mass of Sag DEG.

At first, many astronomers thought that Sag DEG had already reached an advanced state of destruction, so that a large part of its original matter was already mixed with that of the Milky Way. However, Sag DEG still has coherence as a dispersed elongated ellipse, and appears to move in a roughly polar orbit around the Milky Way as close as 50,000 light-years from the galactic core. Although it may have begun as a ball of stars before falling towards the Milky Way, Sag DEG is now being torn apart by immense tidal forces over hundreds of millions of years. Numerical simulations suggest that stars ripped out from the dwarf would be spread out in a long stellar stream along its path, which were subsequently detected.

Some astronomers contend that Sag DEG has been in orbit around the Milky Way for some billions of years, and has already orbited it approximately ten times. Its ability to retain some coherence despite such strains would indicate an unusually high concentration of dark matter within that galaxy.

So, all of Gillson's hype about this galaxy seems to be over nothing.  Yet again he epically FAILS to give out accurate information, preferring instead to resort to weird theories, misguided opinion, and non-existent research.  

The Lies Behind Gillson's Channel Shut Down Revealed

Found this video on YouTube today.  It exposes the lies told by Gillson about his channel shut down and his firing from Freedomizer Radio.  Notice how he only reads parts of the sentences and then claims that the information provided by his so called "trolls" is false information.  However, if you look at his Open Letter to YouTube, you'll see that these supposed "trolls" were actually telling the truth.  It's Gillson who is lying.  His comments are just self serving to cover his lies.  However, people are beginning to see him for the charlatan that he really is.  Listen to how he rants and calls people filthy names.  These are his words.  Makes you wonder why anyone would believe such a person.  He attacks a lot of people in these clips taken from the August 27, 2012 broadcast of his radio show.

GILLSON'S CENSORSHIP EFFORTS CONTINUE

An article was recently put up on Before It's News, an online site supposedly dedicated to the truth. TruthResearcher put up an article explaining the real reason Gillson's YouTube Channel was shut down, because of excessively and wrongfully filling DMCA claims.   Before It's News is suppose to be a defender of free speech, but from the looks of it, this is not the case. 

So, in typical Donny Gillson fashion, he has now had that article removed.  This is all in an effort to keep the truth from everyone on the kind of person he Really is.  He will stop at nothing to take away the rights of anyone he doesn't like to exercise their right to free speech.

THE REAL REASON DONNY GILLSON'S 
YOUTUBE CHANNEL WAS SHUT DOWN!

Well, in a broadcast on August 25, 2012, Donny Gillson now claims that my channel was not shut down by YouTube, but in fact I did it myself to make him look bad.  Well, here's the PROOF that Gillson is lying through his teeth once again.  My account was shut down for not being in "compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service".  Here is the proof, received on July 2, 2012.  

So, Gillson out and out LIED when he said on his show that the channel was shut down for "extreme violations of Terms of Service". There's a big difference between being shut down for non-compliance and "DUE TO WRONGFUL FILING OF DMCA COPYRIGHT". BIG difference. He also LIED when he said that I shut down my own channel. As you can see that is not the case. Gillson's was shut down for "repeated or severe violations of our Terms of Service due to wrongful copyright DMCA flagging".  So, Gillson's channel was shut down apparently because he filed far too many claims against the works of others that were Overturned.  No one flagged him, he filed too many copyright claims that were not valid claims.  Please also note that it states you are not allowed to have another YouTube channel. However, Gillson is already back up and running with a new channel. 

This is how it works.  If you make a video on YouTube and someone uses all or part of your video outside of the Fair Use Act, you can file a claim.  Donny Gillson uses "copyright infringement" as his favorite claim.  NOW, in order to be able to claim a copyright infringement, you have to do a few things.

First, you need to have filed for a Copyright Number from the Copyright office.  This involves filing paperwork and paying a FEE to get a number assigned to your work.  Now, we all know that Gillson has no copyright numbers.  In fact, on the form to "counter claim" with YouTube when someone disputes your copyright claim, there is a box that asks for your Copyright Number.  Gillson always fills that in as N/A or Non-applicable.  This shows that he has no copyright number, hence he never filed with the US Copyright Office to have his so called work protected.

Secondly, when you file a counter claim, you have 10 days to go to Federal Court and file a suit to protect your work and provide YouTube with proof of a suit filed.  Gillson will not do this because he has no copyright on his work and he knows it.  Therefore, the matter is dropped.  He has never been successful in any of his copyright claims, because he simply cannot prove that he has a copyright on any of his work.  

Below is a portion of a letter that Gillson has sent to YouTube regarding the closure of his channel.  Please note the highlighted section and remember these are HIS OWN WORDS:

My name is Don Gillson and I am the owner of of the channel hosted on Youtube entitled www.youtube.com/ursuadams . I RECENTLY RECEIVED A STATEMENT SAYING THAT I WAS IN VIOLATION OF EXTREME TERMS OF SERVICE OF YOUTUBE DUE TO WRONGFUL COPYRIGHT DMCA FLAGGING. This is untrue and I demand my channel to be reinstated at once. I have enjoyed my time on Youtube and would like to come back. All of the work that I have done over the years are on my channel. This includes over 300 videos..most of which were set to private because of the attacks on my channel. Recently, your department reinstated my videos by stating that I was in the right and no penalty would take place on my channel. I am outraged on what has happened and I am hoping that you will look deeply into this matter. I have done nothing but try to protect my material and have been stalked, spoke terribly about, and my material has been used and abused. 

You can clearly see if you even write into the search engine my name Donny Gillson, UrsuAdams, or 32 Degrees of Insanity there are several channels that are specific to harrassing me and putting out false information about me.I have reported this as severe violations of youtube and you have taken down several videos that clearly were made to harrass me but have never removed their channels? I am asking why am I being singled out here. 

I am sure by now several emails have come in about my channel for review through the email support by my loyal listeners by writing to copyright@yahoo.com, legal@google.com, and legal-support@google.com. I am also a broadcaster on the Freedomizer Radio Network and I will make sure that the masses hear about how I have been falsely targeted and my channel has been taken down by YOUTUBE without notice or bias. 

I have done nothing that is against community guidlines or terms of service and what has happened is that YOUTUBE has mistakenly taken down my channel and I request for it to be reinstated as soon as possible.

So, as you can CLEARLY see, Gillson's channel was shut down due to "wrongful copyright DMCA flagging". Now, remember that statement that he swears "under penalty of perjury"?  Well just by using a false address, he which he has always done in ANY correspondence he has sent to YouTube, he is committing Perjury. One time he uses an address in Reno, another the an address in St. Paul and in this letter, an address in California. When he countered my DMCA claim he used two different addresses.  And I have proof. So, in other words, by not using his correct address, purposely using an address where he KNOWS he doesn't live, he has lied, or perjured himself.  Notice too that he says he has "never filed an unlawful copyright against another channel that I did not feel was using my material without my permission".  So, by that sentence he ADMITS he has filed unlawful copyright claims.  Right?  Again, remember These are HIS words.  This letter was copy/pasted from another site where HE put the information up.  

Gillson is claiming that the "trolls" as he calls anyone who disagrees with him, have flagged his channel.  Obviously this is not the case.  Otherwise where would the words "wrongful copyright DMCA flagging" come from?  It's pretty obvious to me that those are the words that YouTube used in their notification of his channel's shut down.  

The bottom line is that Gillson Abused the YouTube system and they shut down his channel.  There is no great mystery to this, he simply filed far too many copyright infringement claims which were overturned, simply by virtue of the fact that he has NO Copyright Numbers from the US Copyright Office.  It's as simple as that.  And now he's LYING to make himself look like a victim.  He's not a victim, he's a master manipulator, a liar, and just like his Fantasy Planet Nibiru... he's a HOAX.

So, Donny, STOP WHINNING AND ACT  LIKE A MAN FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE.  You screwed up by abusing the system, you got caught, and now you have to pay the price just like anyone else.  Guess you really AREN'T the YouTube God you thought you were.

Donny Gillson has been banned from YouTube for severe violations of their terms of service.  Looks like YouTube FINALLY got wise to his criminal behavior.  YEAH!!!!! YouTube has finally shut down the channel for filing multiple false copyrights under the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) rules. And we, who have been labeled as "Trolls" and "Government Shills" didn't have to do a thing.  He did it to himself. WOOT!

PEOPLE'S PERSONAL INFO ON HIS RADIO SHOW

Below is a screen shot that was sent to me, and yes, I verified it.  Seems that Donny Gillson is now going to out someone else's personal information on his radio show.  This seems to be one of his favorite threats.  He tries to intimidate people into silence by threatening to put their personal information out for anyone in the public to have.  He also likes to target channels and have his followers, the mindless minions, file false flags on videos, thus exposing them to legal action for perjury.  He couldn't care less if they should find themselves in legal trouble for committing perjury.  As long as he can silence anyone and everyone.  These are his preferred methods to silence people and eliminate any possibility that the truth will be seen. This man will stop at nothing to silence others whom he doesn't like, or doesn't agree with.  In order to be silenced, one merely has to ask a question about something he's said.  Sometimes, all it takes is the fact that he doesn't like you, and you are banned.  Once you ask a question, innocent though it may be, you are lumped in with what he considers the opposition and targeted for harassment and bullying. The video in question was put up and it was stated it was a hoax, however, Donny ran with it in his usual fashion and when called on it, got angry because he had been caught. So, as he did to LadyHarleyRider1213 and TruthResearcher, he has started a campaign to target and flag this person's channel to get it shut down.  The text reads verbatim as follows:

"THIS VIDEO IS A HOAX! I have information sent to me via email from the so called creator stating the fact!! Let's flag this video and get the information around that this is a HOAX! I will be targeting this channel and the uploader until the video is exposed as a hoax! THIS IS now one an important issue... WE WILL NOT STOP THE TRUTH!! Remember trolls my reach is much bigger than yours!!" (emphasis added)

Now, this person has never "trolled" Gillson's channel, they only put up a video which Gillson ran with and then reiterated it was a hoax.  So, how does that make them a troll?  Simply because Gillson jumped to conclusions by assuming the video was real, this person is now a troll.  

So, by his own admission, he will be targeting the channel of the person in question simply because he, Donny, got caught using someone else's material.  Whether the material was fake or not is not the issue.  Donny Gillson's video was flagged because he used someone else's material outside of the scope of Fair Use.  This is another of his favorite tactics.  He uses other's materials, and when called on it, claims that the copyright notification was filed falsely, against his materials.  Again, he has a very strange view on copyright and fair use.  He has even gone so far as to claim that he can copyright his voice, ideas, and whatnot, even though once he puts his information out on YouTube it is, under law, considered "Published" and therefore available under Fair Use for comment, criticism, education, and research.  He has gone so far as to flag videos for copyright that don't even use any of his materials.  Case in point, LadyHarleyRider1213, who never used anything except coordinates that he tells everyone to check out for themselves.  Apparently, in Donny Gillson's world, he is the God of YouTube and you better not cross God.  And as the readers here are well aware, he has stated that he is God.  

WHY is this man allowed to harass and bully people? YouTube doesn't seem to care.  I mean they must have a file several inches thick on this guy with all the false DMCA reports he's filed, and yet, by their very silence on the subject, they seem to be condoning his behavior. He bullies through intimidation, harasses and perjures himself, all in his attempts to silence people with solid facts and differing opinions. I just don't get it.  Something has to be done, because, in violation of the First Amendment, he is attempting to take away OUR RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH.

I found this on the internet today, and in reading through it I saw our little friend Donny in Each and Every One of these characteristics.  They just fit him like a glove.


10 characteristics of conspiracy theorists

1. Arrogance. They are always fact-seekers, questioners, people who are trying to discover the truth: sceptics are always "sheep", patsies for Messrs Bush and Blair etc.

2. Relentlessness. They will always go on and on about a conspiracy no matter how little evidence they have to go on or how much of what they have is simply discredited. (Moreover, as per 1. above, even if you listen to them ninety-eight times, the ninety-ninth time, when you say "no thanks", you'll be called a "sheep" again.) Additionally, they have no capacity for precis whatsoever. They go on and on at enormous length.

3. Inability to answer questions. For people who loudly advertise their determination to the principle of questioning everything, they're pretty poor at answering direct questions from sceptics about the claims that they make.

4. Fondness for certain stock phrases. These include Cicero's "cui bono?" (of which it can be said that Cicero understood the importance of having evidence to back it up) and Conan Doyle's "once we have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however unlikely, must be the truth". What these phrases have in common is that they are attempts to absolve themselves from any responsibility to produce positive, hard evidence themselves: you simply "eliminate the impossible" (i.e. say the official account can't stand scrutiny) which means that the wild allegation of your choice, based on "cui bono?" (which is always the government) is therefore the truth.

5. Inability to employ or understand Occam's Razor. Aided by the principle in 4. above, conspiracy theorists never notice that the small inconsistencies in the accounts which they reject are dwarfed by the enormous, gaping holes in logic, likelihood and evidence in any alternative account.

6. Inability to tell good evidence from bad. Conspiracy theorists have no place for peer-review, for scientific knowledge, for the respectability of sources. The fact that a claim has been made by anybody, anywhere, is enough for them to reproduce it and demand that the questions it raises be answered, as if intellectual enquiry were a matter of responding to every rumour. While they do this, of course, they will claim to have "open minds" and abuse the sceptics for apparently lacking same.

7. Inability to withdraw. It's a rare day indeed when a conspiracy theorist admits that a claim they have made has turned out to be without foundation, whether it be the overall claim itself or any of the evidence produced to support it. Moreover they have a liking (see 3. above) for the technique of avoiding discussion of their claims by "swamping" - piling on a whole lot more material rather than respond to the objections sceptics make to the previous lot.

8. Leaping to conclusions. Conspiracy theorists are very keen indeed to declare the "official" account totally discredited without having remotely enough cause so to do. Of course this enables them to wheel on the Conan Doyle quote as in 4. above. Small inconsistencies in the account of an event, small unanswered questions, small problems in timing of differences in procedure from previous events of the same kind are all more than adequate to declare the "official" account clearly and definitively discredited. It goes without saying that it is not necessary to prove that these inconsistencies are either relevant, or that they even definitely exist.

9. Using previous conspiracies as evidence to support their claims. This argument invokes scandals like the Birmingham Six, the Bologna station bombings, the Zinoviev letter and so on in order to try and demonstrate that their conspiracy theory should be accorded some weight (because it's “happened before”.) They do not pause to reflect that the conspiracies they are touting are almost always far more unlikely and complicated than the real-life conspiracies with which they make comparison, or that the fact that something might potentially happen does not, in and of itself, make it anything other than extremely unlikely.

10. It's always a conspiracy. And it is, isn't it? No sooner has the body been discovered, the bomb gone off, than the same people are producing the same old stuff, demanding that there are questions which need to be answered, at the same unbearable length. Because the most important thing about these people is that they are people entirely lacking in discrimination. They cannot tell a good theory from a bad one, they cannot tell good evidence from bad evidence and they cannot tell a good source from a bad one. And for that reason, they always come up with the same answer when they ask the same question.

A person who always says the same thing, and says it over and over again is, of course, commonly considered to be, if not a monomaniac, then at very least, a bore. 

The Truth More Bad Coordinates, Black Holes and Manipulations

In recent videos on YouTube Donny Gillson is giving very bad coordinates, making outrageous claims about black holes and manipulating more photos in order to keep his "business" alive.  As you can see from this video most of the coordinates he gives go back to the same "object" over and over, and, in fact, I believe that he is simply using the same set of photos and just slapping a new set of coordinates on them.  It's pretty pathetic if you think about it.  Pseudo Astronomy and Pseudo Science at it's best.  

Hopefully this will help those who care to look an explanation of what he is doing in his desperate attempt to hold on to his listeners.

Wiltshire (England) Crop Circle Created 7/5/2012

There is a recent video out there claiming that the crop circle created on July 5, 2012 is some sort of "message" from a reptilian race, that it shows a stargate or a wormhole, and that it's a further sign of the impending end of the world.  This is all BUNK as this video will show. It took me all of about 2 minutes to find information on the internet regarding man made crop circles, and a lot of information popped right up.

Contrary to what Donny Gillson says, the New moons of Jupiter are not Strange Objects in Space.  Funny how he glosses over the fact there's really two of them. Hopefully, this video will explain his bad pseudo astronomy.

Well, it seems that my YouTube account has been falsely shut down.  This happened on July 2, 2012 and I have taken a couple of weeks to mull this over and think about my next steps. I have started putting those steps into action I'm happy to say.  We all know who is behind this.  I was sure, but on his July 2, 2012 radio broadcast, Donny Gillson admitted, in his own words, that he was behind the attack on my channel.  (See excerpt from his 7/2/12 radio show below)  But before we get to the excerpt from his radio show, you can listen to his own words below, where he rants about me, on the video entitled Threats Made to Me and Others by Donny Gillson.  These are HIS words which were transcribed verbatim from the 6/21/12 video which is on this blog.


In his Encore presentation of the 6/17/2012 video that violated my copyright he says:

Well, well, well, it seems like we have a little, little of a person called LadyHarleyRider1213 that wishes to take down one of my videos when we talked about, ah, basically her trying to debunk our, our stuff, the stuff we made, that, that we put together and she took down my, ah, twelve, my, my, ah, which video was it here? I'm sorry, my 6/17 Nibiru, ELC20049-DNY, ah, for a little bit of a, ah, where I ah showed her 32 degrees of Manipulation.  No problem, she can, she can do it, now what they're trying to do is they're trying, they're trying to not get the truth out, guys.  They're trying NOT to get the truth out but you know what?  "WE own the night, and we WILL take care of it".  Now this statement, along with those below, was made on June 21, 2012.  And for the record, if YouTube had thought that there was no violation of MY copyrighted materials, they would not have taken the video down.  But I don't see him threatening YouTube.

At 1:35 in his 6/21/12 video (see video in Threats Made to me and Others by Donny Gillson on this blog), he says

"...and I've cut her little bit of a stupid thing out there, ahh, because I'm not going to deal with her crap.  Ahh, just remember, the National Renaissance Office, WE own the night, not you trolls.

And yes, he said Renaissance, NOT Reconnaissance.  He can't even read what he puts on his own videos apparently. 

And after all of his bruhaha about using part of one of my vides, as you can see below he yet again used a clip from one of my copyrighted videos. This was used just before my channel was taken down, and by the time I found it there was no way I could protest it. What a hypocrite he is.

So, back to the excerpts from his video:

At 1:10 in his 6/21/12 video (see video in Threats Made to Me and Others by Donny Gillson on this blog), he says:

"So basically I'm gonna say F you, ah, sorry I've got children listening to this as well, so..."  He has Children listening to his pseudo astronomy, pseudo science and insane ramblings? Why does THAT thought make me extremely uncomfortable?  It's sad enough that adults buy this garbage (literally since apparently he's now begging for money), but he brags that kids are listening to this crap, impressionable kids, who don't known any better than to believe him. 


At 1:53 in his 6/21/12 video (see video in Threats Made to Me and Others By Donny Gillson on this blog), he says:

"I tell you, talk about hypocrites?  Everybody calls me a hypocrite?  ah, but that they wanna file a copyright claim on my own research which I find hilarious because this just shows everybody to the world how much of idiots these people are because they do not want the truth to come out. LadyHarleyRider1213 I'm gonna get your number, I'm, they didn't even give me your address or your name, or anything, who you are, so that proves to me that you're hiding.  But I WILL find out who you are and I WILL get out all your information on my own radio show, SO, YOU BETTER STOP WHILE YOU'RE AHEAD, and that's not a threat its a promise and that's, that's, that's a, virtually, if you wanna start filing copyright claims against me, because of my own research and you're calling me 32° of Manipulation? Well, you know what? The War is on on Freedomizer Radio.com".

And at 4:43 in his 6/21/12 video (see video in Threats Made to Me and Others By Donny Gillson on this blog), he says:

"I tell ya, I am so sick and tired of this stuff. You either start working with me or the war is on LadyHarleyRider, why don't you, LadyHarleyRider1213, why doesn't everybody just kind of go over and give her a little bit of a little message stating if she wants to start blocking the truth or she needs to wake up and smell the coffee".

Now, I have to ask myself, why do I feel like he's trying to force me into his way of thinking?  I either start working with him or the war is on?  That really comes across as threatening and bullying.  Kind of like the school yard bully saying "You do what I say or else..."  Basically he's saying that in order to avoid his wrath and vengeance I have to work with him?  Personally, I don't take well to such threats.  And if he thinks for one minute that I'm going to join his dog and pony show and support his fantasy, he has another thing coming.  I deal in reality and truth, not fantasy and lies.  So, I guess my response to that is "Donny, Don't hold your breath, because I won't be working with you and your lunacy any time soon, in fact not Ever. I trust in real science, done by real scientists, who deal in real facts.  Scientists who have their work verified within the scientific community, the way it's always been done."  I much prefer to think for myself.


All of this is in addition to the harassment I received on my YouTube channel.  My personal opinion is that when someone has to result to name calling, harassment, bullying, stalking and threats, it's merely the act of a coward. And worse yet?  He doesn't treat men that way, only women.  He seems to be a bit Misogynistic.  Whatever his problem is, he thinks he's gotten the better of me, he thinks he's "won".  But the only thing he's actually won is the the ability to make himself look like the Unchristian, narcissistic, misogynistic person he really is. It's the same really with all bullies, eventually people start to see them for what they really are, and they stay away from them, or mock them, or give them back what they give to others.  

However, to continue, here is the excerpt from Donny Gillson's 7/2/2012 radio show:

"… as you know I've been dealing with some uh… uh… some… you know… some copyright type of stuff uh… on my uh, YouTube channel, and I tell you the power of all of you guys, I have to say Thank You. All I have to say is Thank You. You did what you needed to do. You got it done. Uh… and uh… I asked you to do it, and you did it, and uh, I can't believe how blessed I am of people that I have that are uh… behind the scenes, uh, in front of the scenes, and people that are… and of course Freedomizer Radio." (Emphasis added)

So, coincidence that on June 21, 2012 he puts up a video stating "We WILL take care of this" and on the same day my channel is shut down, July 2, 2012, he's gloating on his radio show saying "I asked you to do it, and you did it"?  I DON'T THINK SO.

You see just a few days before that I had filed a copyright violation on one of his videos because he used a portion of one of my copyrighted works in one of his videos.  YouTube agreed with me and took his video down. Now, he's claiming all over the place that I, and others, have filed false copyright infringement claims against HIS copyrighted materials.  However, the fact is that I never used any of his materials in any of my videos. In fact, I made it a POINT not to use any portion of his videos, his voice or anything he showed in his videos.  I took the coordinates that he rambled off, wrote them down and did my own homework.  Which by the way he says over and over in his videos, "go check this out for yourselves, guys".  What he doesn't seem to understand is that he used MY materials, therefore I had every right to file my claim.  I was not filing because he used his "so called research" but because he used a part of one of MY Videos.  His views of copyright infringement make no sense.  Apparently in Donny Gillson's world, he can use anything he wants but no one is allowed to stand up and say "Wait a minute... that's MY work".  And heaven forbid that you SHOULD use anything from one of his videos.  He files false copyright claims all over the place, completely ignoring the Fair Use laws in this country. He also seems to have a very skewed view of Fair Use claiming it is only "allowed for educational purposes and if you are an institution of education".  Unfortunately for Deluded Donny, that's Not what the Fair Use Act says.  See, Section 107 allows for use for "criticism, comment, news reporting, scholarship and research" in addition to education. It also goes on to say "Non-profit, educational and personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use".

So, he purposely sent his mindless minions out to commit perjury on his behalf, he admitted it in the excerpt from his own radio show.  You see, filing a false claim against someone is Perjury.  Part of the form that you have to fill out on YouTube states that you "swear under penalty of perjury" that the statement is true and correct.  But I'll deal with that too.  YouTube tracks pretty much everything.  A simple court order will be able to find out who perjured themselves on his behalf.   I've done a background check, I've done an asset search.  I know what he owns, where he lives (his REAL address, not the false one he gives to YouTube when he files his false claims ... that's perjury too), I even know who his friends and family are.


He  asked me when all this started (before he had my channel shut down) on the comments on one of my videos (along with the fitly comments he left there) "Do you wanna take me on, lady"?  Well, here's my answer... YES!  You see, you don't scare me Donny Gillson (or whatever you're calling yourself today).  Not in the least!

The Truth about Nebula and Coordinates in Space

Just a few facts about those bad coordinates being shown in Donny Gillson's videos and his "firey" nebula, which is actually the Skull Nebula photographed in infrared.

As you can see, bad coordinates, bad astronomy and bad science.  This man has no training in astronomy or science.  He doesn't even own a telescope, just a pair of binoculars and a cheap digital camera (by his own admission).

Wow. Here's an interesting exchange with Donny Gillson. Seems that he really has no scientific data to back up his claims about this "System" or "Nibiru". To quote him, "science and the bible well I choose the BIBLE..sorry :) But it has been fun I really must go the show starts in about an hour and I have to make sure I drop about 2 hits of LSD before I head out! LOL!"

The exchange below is just a sample of entries from a blog site set up to show Donny Gillson a/k/a Urusadams a/k/a Don Adams a/k/a Ben Enoch... there are far too many aliases to list here... He was asked numerous times to explain or produce his research and to state which scientists, Universities, or other scientific bodies had verified his work.  Each time he reverted back to religious ramblings, always avoiding even addressing the questions, let alone answering them.

WHY, WHY, WHY do you avoid simple questions? I asked a NON RELIGIOUS question and you refuse to answer it. I have said I will not get into a religious debate with you, and yet you plod on with your closed mind.

So, that tells me you HAVE NO RESEARCH BEYOND STEALING OTHER PEOPLES WORK, YOU HAVE NOT VERIFIED ANYTHING WITH ANYONE. And you know why? Because every self repecting scientist would LAUGH at you. That's why. Sad, sad, and very pathetic. Like I said, you need to get back on your meds like to court ordered, and yes, I saw THAT public record as well.

Not the same old shit it has held on for many of centuries way before you and I were even thought of and actually I can speak tongues on demand..and you know this how?? Have you been told this by the holy spirit? What makes you an expert on tongues..I would like to know where you get your evidence on this..can you produce actual scientific evidence to show that you can not speak tongue on demand. On would be willing to debate that one...Yep even a Catholic Priest, many actually, have been impressed with my speaking in the Holy Spirit. So you demand of me proof of Nibiru. Well, I demand your evidence on how tongues is suppose to be spoken..DO you see how you all run in circles..thinking you are all the know it alls as well..NONE of us KNOW SHITE! So get over it. My truth is my truth and your truth is your truth..But see what you are doing is trying to make people believe your utter maddness too..I know my stuff is off the wall that is why I say listen to the silent voice that speaks inside your head don not believe it what I say believe yourself instead? Since you watch my videos you would know that statement.

Actually in all of the videos I've listened to of his, I've never once heard him say "Listen to the silent voice that speaks inside your head do not believe it what I say believe yourself instead."  I've listened to a lot of hours of his bunk and never once heard him utter that. And speaking in tongues on demand?  I really doubt any Catholic Priest would buy into that.

As you can see in the above exchange he over and over refuses to answer two simple questions; #1 what are the mathematical calculations he used to find his "systems, planets, objects", and #2 give the name of one (only one) scientist who has verified his so called research.  The problem is, he has no "research" and given the tripe I've seen in his videos, no self respecting scientist would do anything but laugh at his findings.  

As this exchange goes on, he also talks about "smoking a bowl" with Christ? Oh dear. Somehow I have a problem visualizing Christ "smoking a bowl" with anyone.  Does he really do drugs?  Well, that remains to be seen, but he has said himself on many, many occasions that he uses pot.  So who really knows?  Maybe it's drug abuse that fuels  his rantings and irrational carrying on.   But, as you can see from the exchanges, this guy is a first class nutjob. He won't answer a direction question about research or verification, he simply falls back onto his religious ramblings, and as said (above) he would choose the Bible over science.  So basically, he's saying that all of his "findings" and "research" are nothing more than his interpretations of the Bible.  Now, don't get me wrong, there's not a thing wrong with choosing the Bible, I believe that everyone is entitled to their own faith. However, when you're out there putting up videos and stating that things that you see in space are planets  and systems coming to hit the earth and destroy us all, while using only the Bible and no scientific research to back up your claims, then I have a problem with it.  Remember, this man claims that every artifact in a space photo, every nebula and even ordinary stars are ships, planets, and systems coming to hit the earth and bring about his predicted "Doom".  He suffers from Pareidolia and see's faces, shapes, and all kinds of things in ordinary objects. 

Even religious groups have tried to help him, but he will have none of it. Here's an example of a letter sent by Donny Gillson and the response sent to him from a religious group on a yahoo group:

 Don, if you would read my post that was a response to your earlier post, you would see why the God you think you are following is NOT the God of the Bible. The voices you are hearing and the spirits controlling you as you do your "automatic writing" are not of God, but are demonic. They have you deceived into believing they are from the true God.
